Accessibility

“Accessible” is a deliberately vague term. There is no legal definition, and legislation concedes that decisions on accessibility must be made case by case. In addition, little distinction is made between forms of learning. However, there is a clear theme. This paper outlines overarching demands of disability law in the UK and US, and describes a flexible internal standard for accessibility.
